When we go over to friends and family, I usually bring the camera to get some candids of the kids. If I get anything decent, I like to give a framed 8 x 10 as a gift. Here are the shots from this past weekend and last weekend's egg hunts. I need to frame my shots better. I sometimes am too tight when I crop for 8 x 10 but I am getting better.

Please let me know what you think.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. 1 & 2 are with the 70-200VR + 1.4TC and the others are with the 85 1.8. I am learning that a good shot is easier with good light and nice backgrounds both of which are plentiful at the beach.
  7. #2 is an exceptional shot and I like it a lot. Good strong colors, nice DOF and excellent focus. Well done. Oh I forgot, the bucket and the jacket colors clash.
  8. The eyes do it for me in #3. Super shot.
