Chocolate Eclairs for Two

I haven't had a chocolate eclair for years. That problem was solved when the pastry shop next to a favorite wine store just happened to have some on hand.

Setup
The setup is so simple that no photo of it is needed. The tabletop is white parchment paper that was browned in the oven. The scene was lit by a small lamp high above and on the right side. No reflectors. No light modifiers. No flags. Just one lamp. Lighting doesn't get any simpler. Eleven focus-bracketed images at Nikon step size 3 were stacked in Helicon Focus at its default settings.

Thanks, Rick, but when something is so obviously tasty as these eclairs, it would be difficult to photograph them so they don't look really tasty. Even after thinking long and hard about how to do that, I don't think I could make it happen.
