interesting Cliff. What is "topaz adjust"
Weird mottled effect on the cement rendering at the sides. Is that part of the filter?
Topaz Adjust is a Photoshop plugin that does some unusual exposure and detail processing. Much of what it does tends to render an extreme HDR type of appearance. I am just experimenting with it.
Yes, that is definitely a result of the software.
