  4. The second image (stained glass window) is the first one I remember being presented in monochrome and it works surprisingly well for me.

    Mike, I've done this before and most of the times with satisfying results.
    First time I tried, I was rather surprised the image 'survived' the stripping of colour.

    My favorites as well :)

  12. Your stained glass in B&W (#2) is absolutely stunning, and the rest are marvelous. Nice use of selective focus.

    #1 - Jeanne d'Arc - is absolutely stunning, Bart.
    I remember back, when Jeanne d'Arc had the face of Brigitte Bardot or Laetia Cast or others. But this is a refreshing style.
