Gale's OTG datasync hard drive was not secured inside the chassis and it arrived that way from the manufacturer. There were no screws holding it in place and it creeped out of the connector for the hard drive. I suspect an intermittant connection corrupted the FAT table rendering the data gone.Gale said:Seems as though mine was assembled incorrectly from mfg.
