The morning news yesterday had an item about a classic Chevy car show not far from my home. After getting there, it seemed more like a club's annual convention, it had been going for 4 days and about 1/2 the cars had already left. I wandered around for a while, lots of memories came back of the various cars owned by family members. Almost all 50's and 60's, lots of 57's.

  2. Very nice! Looks like a show I should have attended. The black ElCamino is a 1960, the 59's had the wild bat wing tail lights. Love the dog dish hubcaps and if memory serves the cross flags on the tailgate indicate 348 power. These cars are right up my alley, thanks for sharing.

I love the '63 Chevy II SS.

That's what I drove through highschool and had to sell it when my first son was born. The trim indicates it's an "SS", which is what mine was. Had a beefed up 283 w/ Turbo 350 and 12 bolt posi...... Dang, I loved that car.

    Thanks for the memories.
  6. Great series ...... every car there is a winner. Man, there are some awesome cars on our highways .......
