Osprey are so much fun to photograph. I just with there were some in our area. Lol.

Wow. Really a nice set, Louie. Crazy detail in all. I really like no. 5 for the detail. And a dorsal view with eye contact as in no. 6 is really special when well done like this. Well done.

All of these are hi tech, high i.q. shots with great expressions and action. How far south do they go?
Really appreciate your comments Bobby, thanks very much. According to my searches female osprey from the northern US will fly as far south as South American, with male flying to Central American. But if that's not amazing enough, in the Spring the same female and male meet back up at the same nesting site. Again, according to my research most of the southern US osprey stay put all year long.
