Liveaboard or day boat? Your photos remind me of being on a liveaboard, especially my first time about 200 miles from Port Douglas on the GBR.

Thank you Rob, mysh, Eric, nextelbuddy and jadh.

jadh, it was a liveaboard, and people were getting seasick. The cook got her finger smashed helping a diver get seated. One diver had migraines, another blew out his knee, the dive master had an allergic reaction on her hands. People were dropping like flies. The water was 73F. I was freezing in a 5mm suit. The wind was 20 knots at the end of the trip.

mysh, I respect your opinions, but there is a minimalism in #1 that I like. #2 is a crowd pleaser. #3 is a "religious experience". #4 has cirrus clouds. I felt good when I saw them.

Thank you Anindyanuri.

Jadlh, not only did I have a 5mm that was in good condition, I had a 3 mil vest with a 5 mil hood. Hawaii was warmer a month ago. There is no way I will ever do the Bahamas again before April.

The Caymans are at 80 (water temp) in April...the diving is good too.
