Coast Guard training

The local Coast Guard trains offshore a lot off our area beaches and at sunset they appeared to show up for a training experience. It was interesting to see the water being whipped up by the rotors as the helo stabalized over the water.
A truly difficult shot, mainly the distance factor was hard, as I hand held this shot with my 70-300vr.
