    Those are lovely. The first shot is so pretty with the whites so sharp (you held these really well btw) and the pink so soft in the background. But the second is my favorite. The composition is really nice and the detail is extremely sharp. Well done!

  4. Thank you for your kind comments Leigh. I have fallen in love with Columbine. Next year, I will try and capture more images of different species and colors. Can you identify the pink flower? I think it might be a geranium, but I am not certain.

Yes, this lens is gonna get you in trouble...(Jaws theme plays!) :twisted: I originally wanted to get the 200mm micro, but thought this lens might offer me a little more flexibility. It has been discontinued for a while, but B&H offers a gray market version. I purchased my lens at KEH (thank you Dave). The 17-80, 17-55, SB800, and a compact monopod travel with me everywhere. :D
