I just recently processed a few files I had not got to yet from last spring. In that process of that, I sure got to thinking about the upcoming spring days and I am anxious for their return.

In the mean time, here are a few from last spring that I just processed.

This first one is composed for print with a heading above the bird.

One of the few good things about living in the midwest, spring. Gonna try something different this spring, shooting from a blind. I figure if I let them come to me, they'll less likely be spooked as opposed to me walking up to them. We'll see...

Thanks everyone for the kind replies. I am so ready to start shooting the spring arrivals! Until then...wild turkeys and some other "cool" birds are my target subjects for the next several weeks. Spring is my FAVORITE time to shoot my little birdie friends:biggrin::Love:.
