Copying Adjustments From 1 Pic 2 Another ?

I'm current working on 3 near identical photos of a hotel with a fountain in front.
The only thing that's different is the fountain display.

Can I transfer adjustments from one photo to the other two, without repeating my actions over and over ?
I've tried dragging items from the History & Layers pallets, some adjustments do "work", but most don't.
(Dragging from History/Layer pallet, over and on to the second image directly. I can't figure where else too drag it).
The second image gets overwritten by the original image.

I've nearly finished one image, but I probably should have recorded an Action at the start of processing.

If you're using adjustment layers (curves, levels, hue/sat, selective color, etc.), you can simply drag the adjustment layers onto the new image.

Is that basically the limit of what can be dragged over ?

One of the things I tried to copy over was the Fill Tool's color, I'm still correcting my magenta/green stripes and I've created the selection around the sky (which I can transfer from one to another photo).
I should have made a note of the colors values, so I could reuse that color later on and additionally settings for plugins etc.

Other little things like the crop tool, would have been nice.
I know it's possible in ACR, but I import from NX2.

I guess we can't have everything.
