  2. Hi Gilles,

    Beautiful lantern effect with the inner glow, even in broad daylight! Very nicely exposed. I like the contrast and the saturated colours too.

    Only one thought, when you get a chance to go back and have another try, use a larger aperture (smaller f number) and the bokeh might be a little more interesting. Perfect as it is, just curious as to the alternative.

  3. Nice shot. I think backlighting does wonders for flowers sometimes.
  4. I agree with you Jonathan, I should make a few test at different lens openings to see the difference.

    Pa, I think that backlighting is great but you have to be careful not to have the sun reach the lens, because it degrade the contrast quite a lot.
