I was on my way to work this evening. We had a few mild storms roll through so it was a nice sunset. Looked out my window and saw this. I just couldn't pass it up. Turned my truck around and shot this with the S5 and 70-200vr. Would have rather been late then miss this one.

S5 dynamic range is very useful.

  6. A lovely sunset. Beautiful!
  7. Hey Charles -

That's a classic - well composed and well executed.

  8. Beautiful - gotta love the Fuji's dynamic range, esp for shots like this! I love the wisps of fire in the clouds above.

    Thank you.

This side of the rockies has had some very colorful sunsets lately. To bad its because of the forest fires.

Great shot! I know I would have been really late.
  16. LOL- I've done the ol' Turn-the-truck-around thing myself. Well worth the detour. Nice capture.

Thanks Mark and Jeff. Sometimes you have to follow your instincts.
