Country doctor - Before and After

  1. Excellent photography and I especially like the old time look and feel of image #2. You might want to give us a little information as to how you pulled that off.

  5. It does appear to be sharply detailed. Using my Nikon D700 for the photo. Thanks for the comment.
     
  6. OK, here is the information on creating that photo. I used Nik Collection Silver Efex Pro 2 and chose the antiquing program..
     
  7. Nice work Jim, you've worked hard at that style and it shows! Wonder if the good Doctor moonlights as a carpenter in his off time? :)

    Nice subject and editing.
    What's with the chipped bowl?! :whistle:  But it really adds to the authenticity in the second photo.

    I don't think the bowl is chipped, probably used for blood letting the recess is for the chin/neck etc. lovely second shot I like it.
     
  12. I don't usually like negative vignettes but this one works really well for me.
