CP filter for 200VR

Hi guys,

I noticed that at B&H, the CP filter for the 200VR is not the same as the ones for the 300VR and 200-400VR. Aren't they all 52mm drop-in filters? The one for the 200VR has a gear which you can turn from the outside, is the one for the other 2 lenses similar?

Yes they are the same function wise and both take 52mm filters, but the 200-400 VR takes a CPL-1L and the the 200 VR takes a CPL-3L I believe.

The housing/body angle is not the same, I own both, and that's the difference. They are not interchangable because the metal plate angle is different, and of course, it's not truly drop in, or you'd have no way to change the rotation of the filter. So, 2 lenses, requires 2 filters.
