Today we had our first caving trip of the year, This particular cave does flood to the roof after heavy prolonged rain, so as the weather had been settled over the past week we felt safe entering. All photos are taken using a Olympus TG4 P&S camera, with lighting from my helmet light and a single remote flashgun.

Barry, referring to your pictures of the mach loop I've watched many videos on Youtube. Are there some from you?

I believe I have to visit Wales one day...

Hi Klaus, I don't do video, so not mine. But I am standing alongside some of my friends who do and post them on YouTube.
So I may have seen you... :D :D :D

Barry, how high is the mach loop to climb? Or is it acessible from the top?
I'm asking because I've trouble with my knees in the moment.

Kind regards
Klaus

Hi Klaus, They are a few different viewing areas and it all depends what flys through as to how high you need to be. The C130's and Ospreys come through low, so you don't want to be too high up the mountain. But the F15's come through higher so you need to be high up the mountain to get them landlocked.
About 30 mins walking uphill will get you to a good viewing area.
