  3. Thanks for taking us along on your trip. There are some very nice pictures. Care to comment a bit on what we see?
Are some of them a bit overexposed?

I love that last one, reminds me of some sort of painting from the impressionist era

    Thanks for the comments

Thanks for taking the time to comment!

Frank: Which one do you find overexposed?

Sonique: Thanks, the last one is a photograph of a Hare Krishna dancer in the street of Dubrovnik. I like it very much, it looks like a phantom...

    Edit

I numbered and made a short description of every photo. It will be easier if you want to comment.

    Thanks!

  10. Yves, I put it as a question, since I'm not sure. And I'm not trying to spoil your vaction memories:smile:, but am trying to learn.
So do you think photos 1,5,6,9,12,15,16 have overexposed parts in them? I guess the bright sky and the dark see or buildings make it pretty hard to expose adequately.
I've been trying to learn how to use Apple's Aperture. Many times I end up using the hightlights and the shadow sliders. The darker parts of your photos seem to be perfectly exposed, but the brighter parts seem to lack some detail. Does this make any sense?
    Thanks.
