Interesting theme Klaus and something I'd like to work on more (had a attempt in the last CS, but it wasn't very good). Great examples. The first shot is my favorite.

Good theme Klaus. I really love your samples. This should be challenging and lots of fun. I've never been very good at these types of shots but I'll sure give it a go. Thanks for hosting us this week.

Hope you had a super vacation.

Since I'm busy working today, we have a mostly cloud sky outside as well, I thought I'd just play with doing a simple silhouette. It's only stunning, when I move my hand and see the halogen light directly :)

Good entry Dave. I like the looks of that lantern.

Nice Dave. What's hanging from the cross piece below the lantern? Looks like it might be nice as a silhouette too.

Thanks Paul. The object hanging from the lantern is a hummingbird wind spinner. When the wind blows the various pieces of the thing spin and the two sided, painted hummingbird in the middle appears to fly.

That's pretty Bob. The converted image would make a great wall hanging.
