This should be easy for folks (so no excuses! :))...

Looking for pictures related to feet (singular foot is OK too). This can be:
  • Feet of people, pets, animals, etc.
  • Feet of inanimate objects (e.g. table) - lowest part of something
  • Footprints
  • The unit of measure
  • and so on...
Normal collective shoot rules apply, no more than three photos per post, as many postings as you want, photos taken from within the time frame (your local time, midnight 7/13 through midnight Wednesday 7/20), G rated, and no huge shots (1024 pixels on long edge).

Extra points for creative interpretation of the theme. :)

For some examples, here are some I dug up from my archives...

Years ago, I attended a mud Volleyball tournament on the Fourth of July. Here is a shot of some muddy feet:

Oh yeah, it was as much fun as it looks. I got really grubby that day.

When Charley was a puppy, I grabbed this shot from the beach:

His prints are a little bit bigger now. :)

Lastly, this is the result of being on the beach with Charley on a 30 foot training lead, and running around me in circles and then taking off:

Yes, it was a VERY painful "rope" burn above my ankle.

Put your thinking caps on, and have fun!!!

What a nice theme Paul. Thanks for hosting us this week and for selecting such a fun CS for us. I'm looking forward to this one.

I like the theme, Paul - very creative! I haven't picked up my camera in months; perhaps it's time... :)

Good idea Paul. Now you just need to put your foot down and insist everyone plays. :)
But,,,,, I am off line with a lightning strike, going on 8 days now. No photo software, no phone and computer is in intensive care waiting on the insurance company. :(:(

Yeah folks! Put your shoes on, and get out there and take some photos! Or just take a picture of your shoes! :)

Horrible to hear Tom! I hope you can get back on line soon. We're so dependent on technology nowadays that it's hard to go without.

There are times when your feet are so tired you have to lean up against something

And then there are times they are so restless you have to tie them together
