Wonderful flower pic's Klaus I really like #2, it's been very grey and gloomy here so not many flower's yet hopefully in the next couple of weeks

  4. Great topic, and excellent examples, Klaus. Thanks for hosting again.

Our hiking group went to Wildwood Park in Radford, Virginia, today. The wildflowers there are always terrific this time of year. Today was chilly and threatening rain, so some varieties were not blooming but I managed to get a few:

    #1 Dutchman's breeches
    _D729370-XL.

    #2 Larkspur
    _D729378-XL.

    #3 Rue anemone
    _D729391-XL.

  9. nothing interesting enough for a picture and there's no challenge in shooting inside so why bother?

  10. You're fortunate to live in an area with such a wonderful wildflower flora. The Dutchman's breeches are particularly nice.

Nice tree, we used to have some of those when we lived in the East Bay near San Francisco. They are quite nice if a bit messy.
