Thanks Nick. Getting off one's butt is the hard part. I'm glad I did; it was gorgeous out. I had another reason for going out with a camera today, hence having only the old 24mm f2.8 AI. I have 2 more pics ready to go tomorrow.

Nasty day here, we've had everything from blinding snow, heavy rain, 40 mph wind, and now a beam of sun is hitting my screen :eek: Seeing the mail carrier trudge by gave me 2 ideas :joyful:

They both illustrate the songs but the first one also gives a better impression of the messiness of the day.

Ugly here too, as you can see from my post above yours -- darn that stupid rodent in Pennsylvania :arghh::arghh::arghh:
We have 2 predicting groundhogs in Manitoba. One comes out later than the other and we ended up with 2 different predictions :rolleyes:. Needless to say, at this latitude we always get 6 more winter weeks after Feb. 2.
