Well, it's the 6th centenial of the Collective Shoot.

Thank you all very much who had participated in 599 CS before. I'm proud of our community.

This week I've choose "Rural scenes" as theme. Feel free to show farm equipment, landscapes and perhaps farmers at work.

A quick snap of my neighbor's "little" vegetable garden. It's too early for many of the vegetables other than cabbage and onions to be up and showing, but the whole space will soon be filled with FRESH goodies.

Nice set and interesting theme Klaus. Hopefully, I can get out a bit during the weekend. Been busy at work, and fighting off a sinus infection.

This would be an ideal theme for me under normal circumstances, but I'm at Dulles Airport about to board a plane for Croatia. Maybe I'll see some rural scenes there!

It's only about 70yds long -- believe or not, they have cut back significantly in the last 5 yr.

That is Vancouver's Southlands equestrian neighbourhood, this particular home is kind of modest compared to the castles there. A tax heaven for the Uber rich who get ALR (agriculture land reserve) Tax status as long as they sell a bag of carrots a year or something like that.

Hi Dave,
your cornfields look the same as ours.
Here it is planted to produce bio gas.
Monoculture where ever you look.

I should probably contact the town, as these folks are twice over the limit. Although, they look like ponies (small), so maybe they can have two...
