This is all I 'got' Klaus. Taken yesterday of our Autumn in So. Cal.. The sand that the photographer is standing on was dredged from the harbor entrance and pumped down through pipes to restore the sand on the beach. During the year the sand build up called shoaling, creates a serious hazard to boaters.

With a little rain our muted fall colors look really pretty today. I guess I should get in the car and go look for some pretty locations....but something about rain and staying home sounds pretty nice!!

The only way to tell Autumn here is when over seeding starts.

I'm in NW Missouri and the trees are just starting to turn colors. However, there is still too much green in the trees to appreciate the autumn colors. So I decided to find other subjects that represent autumn in my area.

I grabbed my film camera last Friday and was hoping to shoot a roll and have it back from the lab before this CS ended. I get four exposures per roll and could only find one good subject to photograph so there wouldn't be enough time to get the film to the lab and back. Do digital captures this time.

1. Local fruit/flower stand. This is my setup for my film camera.

Great pictures James.
But the last one is extraordinary.
