well as nice as it would be, I'm not Cajun. It's kinda funny - most people assume just because one is from Louisiana makes them Cajun - well, there's a bunch that isn't. I don't even know if I could be an "honorary" cajun - my French is terrible! However, I can cook like one!

Well I did assume, but when your screen name is cajun angel it seems like a reasonable assumption.
