My wife is half Irish, and as a tradition, she makes corned beef and cabbage (and some carrots) for St.Paddy's Day. Granted, i was so hungry, I woofed it down, and had to take a picture of the leftovers that I placed in a container for a future lunch (I do that with most dinners).

Surprising this year was that the corned beef was so lean. Usually, it is quite fatty.

Actually this vehicle was brand new less than three weeks ago. But we bought it to go anywhere, and that's how we are using it.
