It's very nearly 5 o'clock on a Friday here, so a large cube of solid water decided to go swimming in some liquid bourbon.

I know for many of you the Irises are long gone, but mine are at their peak and they love a good drink of water.

This was a fundraiser 5K organized by a family friend as part of his Eagle Scout project. No one hoped that it would fit this week's theme, but Mother Nature had other plans.
