That's a beautiful scene, Terri, with nice leading lines. Perhaps that's a canola field (with a few "escapees")?Yesterday we were driving near Enis, Montana when we saw miles of fields full of pretty yellow weeds (at least I think it's a weed). The rainstorm we had while there should keep them growing for a while longer.

Maybe, but they didn't seem like the canola fields we have around here. This seemed more wild. Here is across the highway from the previous photo. That's a beautiful scene, Terri, with nice leading lines. Perhaps that's a canola field (with a few "escapees")?
Maybe just some kind of mustard weed then . . .View attachment 1641730

You have a great yard, Nick, and you've captured it well. Hard to pick a fave from these but, if pressed, I'd go with your dogwood shot. Here's some of what is growing in my yard.

Thank you so much, Nick!!Oh my, Terri, Your pride, passion and skill in both your hobbies comes through so very well. I do so love the oregano shot. Great use for an old companion that the Maytag was.
It's the Maytag and the hosta for me, Terri . . .The two hobbies I love the most are photography and growing things in my yard. Here are a few of the many things I have growing right now. Hope you don't mind the image heavy reply. I love these plants!!
Quite dramatic! Very well done Terri!Yesterday we were driving near Enis, Montana when we saw miles of fields full of pretty yellow weeds (at least I think it's a weed). The rainstorm we had while there should keep them growing for a while longer.
