Hi Amber!
Terri, Jaycie sure has a great eye and equally good control. I need to take lessons from her!
That's what I thought. I thought some of her photos were so sharp. Of course, there are many more that are fun but blurry. I will take her out shooting sometime soon. I was thinking of selling the D5600, but I think I will hang onto it as a camera for the kids to learn on.

I am growing a new photographer!! We went camping last weekend. My 10 year old granddaughter, Jaycie, wanted to try her hand at photography. I put the kit lens on my D5600, showed her how to move the focus point and take a photo and let her have a go with it. At first she was hanging out with me, then she wanted to go and experiment on her own. Here are 3 of hers that turned out pretty great, if you ask me!!

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, Terri . . .

I can see why you like that one, Ron - your shot shows off its creamy texture.
I think I need to get this one. What a beauty!!

Thanks for the comments. It has a lovely scent too and is a strong, healthy rose. Most of ours succumb to black spot but this one has great resistance to it. Worth getting if you can find it Terri.
