Thanks, folks. We cook salmon once each week. Those two pieces are more than enough for the two of us, so we have leftover salmon to go into a pasta dish a few days later. Of course the asparagus all disappears.Looks absolutely delicious!
The same for my wife and me. We try to limit it to 1/4 pound each. That requires freezing the salmon that we don't cook the first time we open the package. My wife has apparently developed an allergy to Atlantic salmon but has no problem with Sockeye salmon. Fortunately, she prefers Sockeye salmon. I prefer Atlantic salmon, so I cook both kinds every time we eat salmon.We cook salmon once each week.
