I have mostly been away from it all this week while we are at the lake. Internet access is spotty. I’ll say hello while I can with this iPhone photo.

Really great pair. The endless field and closeup are really well done!
Thanks NEF Said. I came across this sunflower field and I was trying to use my Z6 but the dew point was in the high 70s so the lens fogged. Had to use an iPhone to get the shots while I waiting for the cold (72F) lens to warm up.

Found a cool, shaded, back road for our walk today. We walked 3.3 miles without seeing a single person but ourselves.

Backed up a bit, as I was in the process of changing post-processing tools, and migrating catalogs (still ongoing)...

On Saturday, I joined in with the Audi Car club on a trip to see some of the covered bridges in NH. We stopped at a ton of bridges, saw all sorts of little towns, and had fun on back roads. I'll drop in some shots (not all of bridges)...

Town gazebo in I think in Belmont.

Sulphite Railroad covered bridge (built 1891 or 1892). This is the only deck-covered railroad bridge in the U.S. The rail runs over the top of the bridge,

I lost my route sheet, so I don't remember which bridge this is.

Or the roof of this bridge...

Some of the bridges were on private property, so we had to do some walking through the woods... some trees didn't survive recent high winds...

Under the Millennium Bridge previously shown, there was a small beach and a rope swing where several kids were playing...

From a recent storm, there was a real "jungle gym" in a campground that was near another covered bridge...

That's the name for this type of inward slanted nose on several models of BMWs. There were about eight fellow BMW club members that joined the Audi club on this adventure. Although vintage, they obviously weren't garage queens, as we were on dirt roads for some of the trip.

The Blair Bridge was one of the longer bridges (292 feet in two spans). Like many others, this one has a weight limit and only one car can be on the bridge at a time...

The sign above the bridge talks about a fine of $5 for going faster than a walk. It has a 5 MPH limit.

After a really long day (and like 17 bridges), my wife and I stopped at a restaurant in Concord, NH, for dinner outside at a restaurant on main street, across from the state capital building...

Just got home today, but I already want to go back to the lake. Three of the grandkids who were with us had already gone home when this was taken yesterday morning..... My daughter actually took the photo with my camera. Greg and I sure do love these great kids!! It was fun spending 10 days with them.
