    Boy you are on a posting roll this morning!! Must be a record for you. BTW Spud looked really happy in the snow.

    Thanks Matt! Spud wasn't really happy in the snow that day. He always wanted to lead, but all he could do is swim in the deep snow. He'd follow our snow shoe trail a while, then surge ahead to try to lead, only to go over his head each time he lunged forward.

    He is a good sized critter. I can't imagine coming across something like him.
    Prehistoric looking he is.
    Very nice image.
    Love the in the wild images.
