    I rarely see dragonfiles near my house.

    This one stopped by long enough for me to get a couple of shots.

    Both are great shots, but I really like the first one. The Dragonfly pose is really dynamic. I'd be tempted to try and do something about the pink spot, it tends to draw my eye away from the subject.

    Nice shots, appears to be a Blue Dasher male. It chose a nice perch for your photos.
