This lady turned 80 years old today and I was asked by her to personally photograph her in a Chinese dress. I chose to photograph her using natural light and keeping the tone warm and colors vibrant. How do you think it turned out?

Thanks you very much for viewing and commenting.

I spent a few hours photographing her family: children, grandchildren etc but I personally gave my most attention to her protraits.

I'm pleased the D2H delivered these images before it packed up. Off to Nikon tomorrow.

Hi Henry,

Love the colorful jacket she has on. I always enjoy photographing older people and practice often on my 90 year old mother-in-law. I do feel that the scene would be improved if the yellow channel were cut back just a tad. This is especially apparent to me in her hair.

Thank you Gordon

Thank you for the feedback. I'm going to process the rest of her images soon so I will try a few variations to see which how they look.

Thanks again.

Henry
