D2x autofocus adjust - is it possible?...

I mean is it possible to adjust the D2x AF myself? I live in underdeveloped area without any Nikon service centers,so this option is not for me.
On the other hand the front focusing is getting worse... what to do???

Here is a link on how adjust the AF to a D70; maybe similar for the D2X. Here's a link for the D2x service manual amongst others.

Hi it's very easy to adjust the autofocus mirror but you do need a very specialist socket with the D2x as the focus stop for the mirror is a small pin that a small fork sits over the small fork is attached to the autofocus mirror and adjust its angle, usually if your autofocus has gone badly out of adjustment it is possible to see if there is any play around the pin and forks.

Unfortunately the tool is extremely difficult to get hold of but if you do find any source for them let me know.
