I like it a lot. It's more subtle and smoother than CS3, which can be a bit harsh on the files. I can tell that NX handles the RAW files MUCH better, too. I think I may have to start using it a lot more.

In my monitor it has a cyan cast that was corrected adding + 10 of red and yellow.

I haven't had the need to process in PS (except for adding a border) but didn't use PS much in combination with Lightroom either.
