Amazing shot quality Phillip!! You must be very happy with your cam / lens combos. I noticed that you had at least one with the D1X. How would you compare the D1X with the new D2X?

    Regards,

    Frank

  3. Hi frank I find at the moment I still prefer the D1x image quality, only because I have been using it for so long, I am able to get the image looking how I want it to without thinking about it too much with my D1x. The D2x images have incredible amounts of detail and the images are nearly twice as large as the D1x, I am hoping in time that I will be able to get the smoothness of tone from my D2x as I do from my D1x.

When I achieve this (and I have no doubt I will eventually achieve this) the D1x will stay in the bag as a Backup along with my D1.

So in conclusion and I think the D2x rocks.

    Phillip.
