D2X Use D700/300 10-Pin/Flash Sync Rubber Terminal Covers?

Hello all,

I am getting a D2x that is missing both the 10-pin and flash sync terminal covers. I hated them on my D200 cuz they always fell off, but love the fact they are connected on my D700.

Has anyone retro'd the D700/300/D3 terminal covers onto the D2x?

For reference, look half way down this page to view the "Rubber Repair Parts" where they have all three D700/300/D3 terminal covers.

They are cheap enough if you want to try it. I'd go for it myself.
