D3400 removes sensor cleaning?!

What is Nikon thinking? Sensor cleaning is a very good feature that consumers really need.

I will tell you, my D200 bodies always had some of the dirtiest sensors. Once I got my D300, most of my problems with dust went away.

I can't imagine the type of shooter that uses a D3XXX series body being aware of the issues when changing lenses and taking the care needed to keep it clean. But maybe that's it? They just don't change lenses?

+1 to the above, as that is probably one of the reasons - people buy a 18-140 and that is it. The other reason might be to "trim" cost, but I can not imagine that portion costing much.
