D70 pic taken by mistake, but I thought kinda neat

    This shot was taken with my D70 in jpg small, using my Sigma 28-70 @2.8, to show a prospective buyer the FS lens.
    Only problem is that it's the wrong lens!
    I thought I was taking a pic of the 50 1.8, but when I got it into PS, I noticed it's a shot of the 50 1.4! :oops:

    You, know... If I were you I'd keep both the 1.4 and 1.8. The 1.4 tends to do better at larger apertures, but gets softer as you stop down. On the other hand the 1.8 does better stopped down, but is soft at wider apertures.

    Try it - you'll see.

    Hey, brand new, the 1.8 costs like 80 USD. How much are you expecting to gain from selling it? Maybe like 40 USD? For that, you may as well keep it.

    I too have both.
