The 70-200VR loose a little on FX, some says, but have anybody compared the D90+70-200VR .....with/vs. D200 or D300 (mounted+ 70-200VR).

I had D200 + 70-200, but sold the D200 to finance the D700, and the 70-200 was nothing but amazing on D200, and have read the same with the D300 + 70-200VR.

It should be as good with the D90, but you first know for sure in real photographing.

    So anybody ?

    Thank you.

    Not anybody ?

  3. Why wouldn't it do good on the D90? I don't think I've heard of it performing poor on any DX camera.

Agree, but that is the main reason for me to buy it, so I would be happy for some experience in real life.

I allready have the D40 as back up camera, and it is fine, so buying the D90 mainly for that lens is to get more resolution, because I sometimes print out very large.
