Once again I have had the opportunity to shoot with Nikon's newest camera. It is amazing on the skin tones and I love how it is so much like the D300 and higher cameras. I have not been able to shoot a low light example yet but the portraits are amazing. This is a shot of my daughter two SB-800's and a SB-900 on camera, Portrait Picture Control.

  2. Wow, those skin tones are amazing, and the black and whites look very clear as well. Congrats! :)

  3. Looks like it does do wonderful skin tones. Hope my new D300 does as well. I hope to give it a workout today.

nikon continues to rule the DSLR world
    i'm thrilled for that

  5. That's very nice.....good to see some real D90 info.

  6. I think this is the first image I have seen from the D90. Looks great and your daughter is cute as can be. Well done. Just one suggestion, you might want to burn in the white panel closest to your daughter just a bit.

Wowzers, very nice photo and "kid." So my reasons for holding off on upgrading to the D90 are getting weaker by the shutter click....hmmm!

I am very impressed with this camera. I really love the D700 but this is definately going to be my take everywhere camera. Thank you for all of the tips. I will fix the image of my daughter, I just wanted to put up some orignal images for you all to judge the camera.

I am currently trying to arrange a to shoot some volleyball or football with the camera, and also headed to Austin this week and I will get some High ISO shots that I will post. I have a shoot set up for Saturday Night and I will post them as soon as I am done.
