Daisy, critter and rose petals

  1. Working on our daisy patch again this afternoon.

    Metering Mode: matrix

    Then this little critter arrived out of nowhere, total unprepared I fired off a few shots in quick succession before it took off. I have got a long way to go yet with my bug catching technique...

    The kids were out playing the football at the same time, the incoming football hit the rose bush next to me, petals flying everywhere... this was the end result:

    All taken with D70, 105mm micro, and SB-800 with diffuser on camera. Comments most welcome.
