Then this little critter arrived out of nowhere, total unprepared I fired off a few shots in quick succession before it took off. I have got a long way to go yet with my bug catching technique...

The kids were out playing the football at the same time, the incoming football hit the rose bush next to me, petals flying everywhere... this was the end result:
