Daisy time lapse

  1. Never could let an interesting feature go untried. Made this time lapse of a daisy that closes in the evening. D2X and 60mm micro. About 14 images 15 minutes apart.

    Very high res QuickTime movie, about 1.7 MB.

    I will probably try this again, but 5 to 7 minutes apart.

    Wow...that's pretty cool! Nice job.

    Yes, a shorter time between shots might make it a little smoother.

  3. Really very cool...

    Very cool. I've noticed some nice time lapse effects when I shoot IR and have to take a few test shots to get the exposure correct. Since the shots are always a few seconds apart, you really see some motion in the clouds from shot to shot. But I usually only keep the final exposure. You've inspired me to shoot some extra pics and try my hand at time lapse.
