& btw, could share your exif & lighting? My daughter's is in 2 weeks !

Jim, I shot the single and couples portraits in manual mode, ISO 200, f5, 1/200 with a single Alien Bee 800 in a 22 inch beauty dish at about 1/4 power. I used my D700 with the 85mm, f1.4 lens.

I had 20 couples to shoot at this party so I was quite busy.

I hope this helps.

Wonderful Mitchell! i haven't been around long enough to see her in the beginning but I have seen quite a few over the last 2 years and have to say you do an excellent job documenting your families life!

My, how lovely Mitch! Where does the time go? And look at the wrist corsages. I figured that tradition had died long ago. It's great to see it still exists somewhere.

I cannot believe how time has flown; where in the world did the time go?

Mitch, you did an outstanding job capturing a once in a lifetime event, and Stefanie looks so beautiful. And that dress; two thumbs up!!

Now. Who is this gentleman she's with? Do we like him? Have you done a background check? Does he have ambition? Is he smart? Was he worthy of even standing next to your daughter?????

Seriously, well done, and each photo is a favorite of mine.

On to graduation!!

BTW - in #7, the girls all look like models; very classy and very elegant - wow!

Time flies. I've been around here long enough to watch your children grow up through your posts. Excellent job as always, particularly for the B&W one. Your daughter looks like a beautiful young woman. Scary how quickly they grow up... Or is it just me?

All the best!
