Just acquired the phenomenal Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 (G1). Trying it out in Jerusalem. I think it does live up to its reputation. Using a Nikon Df.

Called "David's Citadel," it's really a tower built by Herod the Great in the 1st Century BCE with a Crusader glacis.

Yes, it also looks very nice in B&W (y) When you have time , If you try to reduce the brightness and/or highlights a bit selectively only in the sky , it might also work well.
