DC United Soccer match, etc

  1. My son and I had a blast seeing the major league soccer teams, DC United vs. Chicago Fire, play at RFK stadium.
We also visited an old plantation-turned-National-park called Chatham house. The final photo is my daughter going into a local shop in historic Frderickburg, VA.

The fields worked by slaves before the civil war.

These guys were amazing in their precision. I bet those bayonets are real on the end of their rifles. All the soccer pictures were shot hand held using the 18-200mm VR from the very back of the first section. I didn't think a monopod would be allowed in the stadium.

No she didn't get one, they didn't have any ballerinas.
  2. You caught some nice soccer action here.
