My Z7 arrived today, along with a few lenses (24-70 f4, 35mm, 14-30mm, with the 85mm arriving tomorrow) and my initial impression is ... wow! Only a dozen shots in so far, as I have spent some time setting up the menu items, Still have a ways to go with that project. 
Won't really have time to shoot until maybe Friday night or the weekend, but like what I have seen so far. The grip is very comfortable, more than my Fuji X-H1 (which will be finding a new owner soon). Quick focusing, nice shutter sound, clean and detailed images. This is going to be a good relationship.
