Beautiful color. I tried to buy a Nikon 500P, but MF made me scared.

Thanks guys. I think I need to move my feeders. I'm just not getting the best sunlight in the mornings/evenings. Not only do we tweek camera settings but we also adjust feeder locations . What a hobby.

  5. Very nice images, good exposure and great details in the shots.

Thanks Louie and Andy. If it was easy to get perfect, then what fun would it be.

    Nice shots Chris.

  9. Wonderful series Chris. Rich used Jim Streathern's 500P + 1.6TC at the BBQ on his deck last month. We all left the feast with one thought on our minds...longer glass!!

Very nice photos Chris. I like the second one the best. That 500p is a nice lens.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. The 500P is a great budget (somewhat) bird lens.
